Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! 🌍
- UK & US: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–31 business days
(Shipping times don't include our 1–3 day processing time.)
Where’s my order? Can I track it?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking info is uploaded as soon as your order is on its way. It may take a day or two to show updates—don’t worry if it’s not moving right away!
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Just email us at support@shizukalife.com to get started.
My item arrived damaged—what now?
So sorry! Please email us with your order number and a photo of the damage at support@shizukalife.com, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, contact us right away. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll always try to help.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like something different, please return your item and place a new order.
